Full Planning 

This package is for couples that want it all. With Full Wedding Planning, I help you to take care of each and every aspect from start to finish. My job is to give you options that work best within your budget and covers all of the details that go into making your wedding truly memorable. 

 

The full wedding planning package includes, but is not limited to the following:

 

  • Complimentary two hour Initial consultation with the bride and groom

  • Free wedding planning kit

  • Free maintained wedding website 

  • Free wedding email address  

  • Unlimited phone and email availability during business hours 

  • Planning meetings every fortnight with clients via phone or in person

  • Help to prepare and understand a budget

  • Prepare a schedule/timeline and checklists

  • Assist with site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues

  • Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding

  • Answer etiquette questions

  • Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories

  • Help with finding, negotiating, and booking suitable vendors. I will schedule appointments and accompany clients to up to three meetings per vendor category:

    • Baker

    • Caterer

    • Florist

    • Musicians

    • Photographer

    • Rental Facilities

    • Videographer

    • Wedding Attire (bridal shops)

    • Officiate

    • Transportation

  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner

  • Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services/products

  • Assist with arranging hotel accomodation for the bridal party for the night before and the night after the wedding 

  • Assist with the choosing wedding stationey.

    • Order of the Day programs

    • Menu cards

    • Table names/numbers

    • Place cards 

    • Thank you cards 

  • Assistance with tracking RSVP's and who will be attending

  • Assist with sourcing wedding favours and bridal party gifts  

  • Final walk-through with client at selected sites the month of the wedding

  • Final timelines prepared the month of the wedding

  • Final consultation with vendors the month of the wedding

  • Final meeting covering all details with client, the month of wedding and the week prior to the wedding. This two hour planning meeting will include:

    • Assist with venue layout for ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast and evening reception

    • Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and vendors

    • Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding (meeting should include florist if possible)

    • Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.

  • I will be the main point of contact for any general queries at least three weeks before the wedding day as this will alleviate stress and you will be able to enjoy the lead up to your big day without any hassle.

  • I will provide a wedding emergency kit on the day which includes the following and much more:

    • Mini sewing kit with scissors, needles, thread (matching your bridal colours), buttons, and safety pins

    • Tweezers

    • Baby powder 

    • Baby lotion 

    • Baby wipes: excellent for removing stains 

    • Moisturiser 

    • Makeup remover 

    • Makeup blotting paper 

    • Nailpolish remover 

    • Cotton wool 

    • Tissues 

    • Gel soles for shoes 

    • Earring backs 

    • Sanitary products

    • Hair pins 

    • Deodarant 

    • Mini first aid kit 

    • Super glue 

    • Stationery - pens, pencils, ruler, rubber, sharpner, blutac, sellotape, double sided tape

    • White chalk: If something gets on the wedding dress and it just won’t come out, you can usually mask the stain with chalk. 

    • Lighter: For sealing the edge of frayed ribbons.

    • Dental repair kit 

    • Eye drops 

    • Extension lead 

    • Universal phone charger lead 

  • On your wedding day I will be on hand to oversee the ceremony setup, wedding breakfast setup and evening reception set up I will ensure all wedding gifts and cards are in safe place andliaise with all vendors and the venue to ensure the day runs smoothly.

  • On the day after your wedding I will attend the venue to ensure all vendors have collected hired items and that nothing has been left behind
